Did you specify EPOC EEG model at the time of purchase? Please contact support for assistance to upgrade your headset and SDK, or to report a problem if you already purchased the EEG model. Hi, I just recently bought an emotiv epoc+ (plus raw eeg)for my research work. And from the website in my downloads ‘Individual Xavier SDK – Windows – EEG’ was available to download,But this i was not able to download as there was an internet issue and it said number of users who could use this serial number has beeen expired.I have noo idea how to fix it. And in the same page there were links for me to download ‘Emotiv Xavier Testbench Installer – Windows’ and ‘Emotiv Xavier Control Panel Installer – Windows’ so on the whole i got confused with all the software and now you guys even discussing about a research edition also. Can anyone please help me clear my mind. It would be of great help.
