Don't do shortcuts, download the compress file(themes in zip or rar), then uncompress it to any directory of your PC/Laptop it should have an sis ext. Check if your phone model is listed for S40 themes, some looks bad on some models. Load your PCSuites then select the application installer directing it to the theme files that you unzip(or rar) & run it, it will prompt you to press a button on your phone. Sis files are only for S60 phones.

S40 phones themes have the.nth extension. Also they don't need to be installed, just copy or bluetooth them to your phone and they will work. You don't even need pc suite to do this.
