Microsoft Security Essentials For Windows Vista Home
Download microsoft security essentials for windows vista (page 2) - Service Pack 1 for Microsoft Office 2010 (KB2460049) (32 bits): The patch that gets Office 2010 up.
I may have asked this already but I am having a problem with windows vista home premium I have updated 10 times in 10 days and I have had a failed update each time and a retry that is sucessful. When I open microsoft security essentials or install an update I get this message and a failed update: Microsoft Network Inspection System stopped working and was closed A problem caused the application to stop working correctly. Windows will notify you if a solution is available. I do not know how to use windows Problem Reports and Solutions it has never given me a solution in 3 years that I have had windows vista I got tired of trying to figure out how to use it or how it should work and I checked the box's in delete browser history to delete all problem reports so every time I close my browser it deleted the problem report history. I then decided to try to use it again after a computer restore to factory image so unchecked the box's in delete browser history and I still have not had windows let me know a solution was availiable for my computer.
Can you tell me what to do about the error message: Microsoft Network Inspection System stopped working and was closed???? Frankly, the error is not much to worry about in my opinion. I am using Vista Home Premium on a Dell Inspiron E1505 Laptop and have not received the error message re NIS in several days. I uninstalled and reinstalled MSE but I thought MS had corrected the problem per the post of Jeff Toole.
