It does omit the 24bit output options of the SPDIF connection just including the 16bit.and it still adds a recording device of the stereo output, which microsoft driver does not. I just wish it would allow a driver level multi speaker config at the SPDIF. That must just be the way this chip is.cuz the microsoft drivers do not offer them either.
Strange that the 24 bit is missing from the SPDIF. Might just be an edit of a simple string in these file sets, but i will not explore that possibility. I did not try the other install packages. Not the WHQL or the TEST yet.
